美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)將于立案后45天內(nèi)確定調(diào)查結(jié)束期。除美國(guó)貿(mào)易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)在337案件中發(fā)布的救濟(jì)令自發(fā)布之日生效并于發(fā)布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
