2024年9月12日，美國lithiumhub, llc of norris, sc、美國lithiumhub technologies, llc of marshall, tx、美國mr. martin koebler of norris, sc向美國itc提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品違反了美國337條款（侵權美國注冊專利號9,412,994、9,954,207），請求美國itc發布有限排除令、禁止令。

美國國際貿易委員會將于立案后45天內確定調查結束期。除美國貿易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國國際貿易委員會在337案件中發布的救濟令自發布之日生效并于發布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
